Converso’s Virtual Town Hall (VTH) is a software aimed at city governments to use to communicate effectively with citizens. Government officials can dial out to 500+ participants in any geographic area by phone and online streaming to relay important information, collect participant questions, and poll participants. A few of the purposes that VTHs can be used for are crisis management, public consultations, and group organization engagement. After the event ends, those conducting the virtual town hall obtain access to extensive participation metrics from the conversation. More details about how VTH works can be found here.
VTH is being developed by Converso, an engagement consultancy based on Toronto, Canada.
