Kölner Bürgerhaushalt 2010

The Kölner Bürgerhaushalt 2010 (Cologne Citizen Budget 2010) is an e-consultation by the City of Cologne, Germany. It was scheduled to run for five weeks between November 17 and December 20, 2009. The top 100 ideas in each policy area were analyzed by the city administration, and statements were submitted to the local councils for debate, the results of which have been published on the website March 2010. The city council will take up the ideas to develop the 2010/2011 budget by October 2010.

The online dialogue is designed and managed by Fraunhofer IAIS and Zebralog. The site is powered by discourse-machine 6.0
